摘要
目的 探讨无缝隙护理干预对神经胶质瘤患者围手术期心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2019年1月至2021年1月间中国人民解放军空军军医大学第一附属医院收治的110例神经胶质瘤患者,依据护理方式不同分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。观察组患者采用围术期无缝隙护理干预,对照组患者采用常规护理,比较两组患者的生理应激反应、心理状态、生活质量和护理满意度。结果 观察组患者的舒张压、收缩压和心率等指标均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者的社会、环境、躯体和心理评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者护理总满意度为94.5%,高于对照组的72.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的焦虑和抑郁程度均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 神经胶质瘤患者采用围术期无缝隙护理干预,能改善患者的焦虑、抑郁和不安等负性情绪,提升疾病疗效,改善疾病预后,提升患者的满意度,改善生理应激反应,提升生活质量,适于临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of seamless nursing intervention on perioperative mental state and quality of life in patients with glioma. Methods From January 2019 to January 2021, 110 glioma patients admitted to First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University of Chinese People’s Liberation Army were selected. They were divided into an observation group and a control group according to different methods with 55 patients each. The observation group received seamless nursing and the control group received routine nursing. Physical stress response, psychological status, quality of life and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The indexes of diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and heart rate were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). The social, environmental, physical and psychological scores were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05). Satisfaction rate was 94.5% in the observation group which was higher than 72.7% of the control group(P<0.05). The severity of anxiety and depression was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with glioma, the use of seamless perioperative nursing intervention can mitigate negative mental state such as anxiety, depression and restlessness, improve the efficacy of the treatment, promote the prognosis, and increase patient satisfaction with nursing care. Moreover, it improves the physiological stress response and quality of life, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
