摘要
磁通门技术可用于毫安级漏电流的检测。由于磁通门检测本身的特性,输出信号中含有脉冲尖峰,影响漏电流检测的稳定性。多阶低通滤波电路可以有效滤除脉冲尖峰信号,设计了二阶滤波电路,对其进行了数学建模与仿真分析,选取了合适的滤波电路硬件参数。最终通过实验验证了设计的滤波电路在基于磁通门技术的漏电流检测中可有效提高漏电流检测精度,减少系统误判。
Fluxgate technology provides a technical basis for leakage current detection at milliampere level.Because of the characteristics of fluxgate detection itself,the output signal contains pulse spikes,which affects the stability of leakage current detection.Multi-order low-pass filter circuit can filter the pulse spike signal effectively.This paper designs a second-order filter circuit,carries out mathematical modeling and simulation analysis,and chooses the appropriate hardware parameters of the filter.Finally,the experiment proves that the second-order filter circuit can reduce the misjudgment and improve the accuracy of leakage current detection effectively.
