摘要
石油化工设备运行中常遇到腐蚀性问题,这不仅会降低设备的使用寿命,影响化工产品的生产与加工,也会危害操作人员的人身安全。石油化工设备的常见腐蚀原因主要存在于设备问题、化学反应以及物理腐蚀等方面,要有效防腐,必须及时隔离腐蚀介质,科学选择设备与防腐材料,加强技术管理与防腐设计,细化防腐工作的各个环节。
Petrochemical equipment in operation often encounters corrosion problems,which will not only reduce the service life of equipment,and affect the production and processing of chemical products.,but also harm the personal safety of operators The causes of the common corrosion of petrochemical equipment mainly exist in the perspectives of equipment problems,chemical reaction and physical corrosion.In order to prevent corrosion effectively,the producer should timely isolate corrosive medium,choose scientific equipment and anti-corrosion materials,strengthen technical management and anticorrosive design,and make each link of anticorrosion work refined,so as to provide technical supports for the development of the petrochemical industry.
