纺织加工条件对天然绿色蚕丝抗氧化活性的影响 被引量:1

Effects of textile processing conditions on antioxidant activity of natural green silk

摘要 为了更好地保护和利用天然绿色蚕丝的抗氧化活性,文章采用2,2-联苯基-1-苦基肼基(DPPH)和2,2-联氮-二(3-乙基-苯并噻唑-6-磺酸)二铵盐(ABTS)自由基清除法对天然绿色蚕丝的抗氧化性进行评价,同时采用常规的烘茧、汽蒸、固色及紫外照射处理绿色蚕丝后,对其抗氧化活性进行评估。试验结果显示,烘茧和汽蒸处理后,天然绿色茧丝色素在高温高湿环境下有一部分发生分解,使绿茧丝的抗氧化活性分别降低约36.5%和35.9%,但仍远优于白色蚕丝;固色处理时,由于长时间的浸渍而导致色素的流失,使其抗氧化性急剧下降,但仍优于白色蚕丝;而天然绿色蚕丝有较好的抗紫外照射能力,照射280 h后其色差变化不明显,抗氧化活性仅下降12.7%。 With the progress of modern technology and the improvement of living standards,people pay more attention to the green lifestyle by instilling the concept of"green"into the production and consumer products,pursuing health and reducing and controlling the environmental pollution caused by materials in the synthesis,processing and use processes.The production and consumption of natural green silk products do not cause harm to human body and the environment.At the same time,they have gorgeous colors and unique aesthetic perception.Therefore,the protection of natural green silk against oxidation should be strengthened so that it can better serve human’s daily life.However,since the pigments of natural green silk are mainly concentrated in the silk glue part,they will be damaged to different degrees during the conventional textile processing,such as cocoon drying,steaming,color fixation and other high temperature and impregnation treatments.The stability of the pigments is also poor,and is affected by temperature,light,pH and other factors.In this paper,the inoxidizability of natural green silk was evaluated by 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH·)and 2,2’-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)diammonium salt(ABTS+·)radicals scavenging.At the same time,the antioxidant activity of green silk was also evaluated and compared with that of common white silk after treatment with conventional cocoon drying,steaming,color fixation and UV irradiation.The scavenging ability of green silk fiber for DPPH·and ABTS+·free radicals is 10.1 times and 5.7 times that of white silk,respectively.After cocoon drying and steaming,some natural green cocoon silk pigments are decomposed in high temperature and humidity,and the antioxidant activity of green cocoon silk is reduced by about 36.5%and 35.9%,respectively,but it is still far superior to that of white silk.During color-fixing treatment,due to the loss of pigment due to long-term immersion,its antioxidant property drops sharply,but it is still better than that of white silk.In a short period of time,the effect of ultraviolet irradiation on the color and antioxidant properties of green silk is far less than that of white silk.Green silk has strong ultraviolet protection effect and good light resistance stability.After ultraviolet irradiation,the amino acids of white silk are denatured or decomposed after ultraviolet irradiation,resulting in the loss of antioxidant activity of white cocoon silk,while the green cocoon silk only denatures or decomposes a small portion of flavonoids in the outer layer.After 280 h of irradiation,the color difference is not obvious,and the antioxidant activity only decreases by 12.7%.The pigment of natural green silk,mainly composed of a variety of flavonoids which have been proven to have a variety of biological activities and pharmacological effects,is an excellent natural antioxidant.It gives green silk very strong antioxidant properties much higher than that of white silk,making it superbly effective in decomposing free radicals.Therefore,natural green cocoons can be used to develop health underwear,home wear or skin care cosmetics.At the same time,the treatment during processing will have some effect on its antioxidant activity,and the protection of its antioxidant activity should be enhanced when natural green silk is processed and utilized.
