激光锡球钎焊在总线板流水线中的应用分析

摘要 为了提升34芯端子引线焊点的品质,提高产品的整体可靠性,缩短总线板生产周期,减少无效周转,提升效率。进而研究34芯端子引线焊接工艺,经过X-RAY、切片观察和IMC层厚测量分析,发现激光锡球钎焊后的焊点品质提升显著。提出将6轴机械手、双工位激光焊与AOI检测进行集成,形成定制非标自动化设备的方案,并与现有总线板流水线进行整合优化,形成了一个完整的总线板生产线。不仅提升了总线板生产线的自动化集成度,也显著缩短了生产周期,整体品质也得到提升。 In order to improve the quality of 34-core terminal leads, improve the overall reliability of the product,shorten the production cycle of bus board, reduce ineffective turnover, increase efficiency. Then the welding technology of 34-core terminal leads is studied, after X-ray, slice observation and IMC layer thickness measurement analysis, it was found that the quality of solder joint improved significantly after laser soldering. The integration of 6-axis manipulator, dual-position laser welding and AOI detection is proposed, to form a scheme for customizing non-standard automation equipment, and integration and optimization with the existing bus-board assembly line, formed a complete bus board production line. It not only improves the automation integration degree of bus board production line, it also significantly shortened the production cycle,the overall quality is also improved!
