摘要
分析了我国大城市产生巨量外卖餐盒垃圾的原因,指出我国现行环境法律法规对其进行全方位的管理是非常困难的。探讨了德国包装条例的实施方法和优势,为我国的立法和行政主管部门制定相关制度提供借鉴。
This paper firstly examines the reasons for the huge amount of take-out meal box waste generated in China’s mega cities;points out that China’s current environmental laws and regulations are difficult to manage it. The paper then discusses the implementation methods and advantages of the German Packaging Regulation, and proposes suggestions that China’s legislative and administrative departments can learn from.
