摘要
试验旨在研究不同剂量甜叶菊异绿原酸对蛋鸡输卵管炎的治疗作用。试验选择310只健康、体重相近的400日龄产蛋期海兰灰蛋鸡采用苯酚胶浆建立输卵管炎模型,将300只400日龄输卵管炎海兰褐蛋鸡随机分成5组,分别为阿莫西林对照组、100 mg/kg甜叶菊异绿原酸治疗组、200 mg/kg甜叶菊异绿原酸治疗组、400 mg/kg甜叶菊异绿原酸治疗组、感染对照组,60只健康、体重相近的400日龄海兰灰蛋鸡为健康对照组。每组3个重复,每个重复20只鸡,对各组蛋鸡产蛋性能、病理组织及免疫指标进行检测。结果显示:建立输卵管炎模型后,200 mg/kg、400 mg/kg甜叶菊异绿原酸和阿莫西林均可显著降低因输卵管炎造成的蛋鸡死亡率、显著提高产蛋率并降低不合格蛋率(P<0.05),显著降低促炎因子TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-6、IL-8以及免疫球蛋白IgM与IgG水平,并显著升高抗炎因子IL-10水平(P<0.05)。综上所述,甜叶菊异绿原酸对蛋鸡输卵管炎有治疗作用,可代替抗生素的治疗,且以200 mg/kg治疗效果更佳。
To study the therapeutic effect of different doses of isochlorogenic acid on salpingitis in laying hens,310 healthy400-day-age Hy-line Grey laying hens with similar body weight were selected for modeling of salpingitis with phenol mucilage.Three hundred 400-day-age Hy-line Grey laying hens with successful salpingitis modeling were randomly divided into 5 groups,namely the amoxicillin control group,100 mg/kg stevia isochlorogenic acid treatment group,200 mg/kg stevia isochlorogenic acid group 400 mg/kg stevia isochlorogenic acid treatment group and the infection control group.Sixty healthy 400-day-age Hyline Grey laying hens with similar body weight were selected as the healthy control group.There were 3 replicates in each group with 20 chickens in each replicates,and the nutritional levels of their respective diets were basically the same.The laying performance,pathological changes and immune indexes of laying hens were detected and observed.The results showed that:After salpingitis model was established,200 mg/kg,400 mg/kg stevia isochlorogenic acid and amoxicillin could significantly reduce the mortality of laying hens,significantly increase the egg production rate and reduce the unqualified egg rate(P<0.05);At the same time,the levels of pro-inflammatory factors TNF-α,IFN-γ,IL-6,IL-8,and immunoglobulins IgM and IgG were significantly decreased,and the levels of anti-inflammatory factors IL-10 were significantly increased(P<0.05).It was indicated that stevia isochlorogenic acid had a therapeutic effect on salpingitis in laying hens,and could replace the treatment of antibiotics,and the therapeutic effect was better at 200 mg/kg.
