摘要
国家物流枢纽发展潜力评价是国家物流枢纽实现区域联动的前提与基础。本文从枢纽承载城市发展环境、枢纽自身发展能力两个维度甄选31项指标构建国家物流枢纽综合实力评价体系,并通过空间断裂点模型、场强模型以及辐射半径模型确定国家物流枢纽的经济辐射范围。本文以云南省7个国家物流枢纽为研究对象,结果表明:枢纽物流集散能力、枢纽周边产业聚集能力、物流需求环境、物流市场环境以及物流供给环境是制约枢纽综合实力的关键指标;通过对云南省国家物流枢纽综合实力进行排序,并对枢纽进行分类,可分为发展能力突出型枢纽、发展环境突出型枢纽、发展双优型枢纽、发展劣势型枢纽四类;总体来看,云南省国家物流枢纽辐射范围内形成了以昆明3个国家物流枢纽为核心,陆上边境口岸型国家物流枢纽多极发展的态势。
The development potential evaluation of national logistics hub is the prerequisite and basis for the national logistics hub to achieve regional linkage. This paper select 31 indicators from the two dimensions of the hub’s carrying urban development environment and the hub’s own development capacity to construct a comprehensive strength evaluation system of national logistics hub, and select the spatial breaking point model, field strength model and radiation radius model to assess the economic radiation range of the national logistics hub. Taking 7 national logistics hubs in Yunnan Province as research object, the results show that the degree of hub logistics distribution, the degree of gathering of industries around the hub, the logistics demand environment, the logistics market environment, and the logistics supply environment are key indicators that restrict the comprehensive strength of the hub;by ranking the comprehensive strength of national logistics hub development potential in Yunnan province and classifying them, these hubs can be divided into four types: hub with outstanding development capability, hub with outstanding development environment, hub with double advantages in development and hub with double disadvantages in development. In general, the national logistics hub of Yunnan Province forms the trend that the three national logistics hubs in Kunming as the core, and national logistics hub of land border port multi-polar manner development.
