摘要
文昌气田群具有水下生产系统、凝析油外输系统、天然气外输系统,工艺流程较为复杂且自动化程度低,设计建造时未考虑台风遥控生产模式,每年由于台风影响撤离导致油气产量损失较大。为了实现低等级台风遥控生产,文昌气田群以现有生产工艺流程和设备设施控制系统为基础,在安全环保、高效、低成本的要求下,突破常规思路,创新优化处理流程,对关键设备集成控制约七大项的适应性改造,确保台风期间遥控生产的可持续性,实现气田生产的提质增效,取得了很好的经济效益。
The Wenchang gas f ield group has an underwater production system,a condensate oil export system,and a natural gas export system.The process flow is relatively complex and the degree of automation is low.The typhoon remote control production mode was not considered in the design and construction.The oil and gas production loss are large due to the evacuation of typhoon every year.In order to realize low-level typhoon remote control production,Wenchang gas f ield group is based on the existing production process and equipment and facility control system,under the requirements of safety,environmental protection,high eff iciency and low cost,breaking through conventional ideas,innovating and optimizing processing procedures,and integrating key equipment.Controlling the adaptive transformation of about seven major items,ensuring the sustainability of production during typhoons,realizing the improvement of gas f ield production quality and eff iciency,and achieving good economic benef its.
