摘要
《第三国际议案及宣言》是共产国际第二次代表大会的汇编文件,目前能接触到的最早的关于共产国际二大汇编文件的中文译本由成则人(沈泽民)在1921年7月译出,于1922年4月由人民出版社以“康民尼斯特丛书第四种”出版。全书共三部分:第一部分,《第三国际议案》;第二部分,《第三国际共产党第二次大会宣言》;第三部分,附录《第三国际第一次宣言》。《第三国际议案及宣言》传入中国的时间大概为1920年8月,成则人译本有可能从英文版翻译而来。《第三国际议案及宣言》成则人译本作为将共产国际二大文献传入中国的重要文本,在早期马克思主义传播史和马克思主义中国化史上发挥着重要作用。
The Proposals and Manifesto of the Third International is a compilation document of the Second Congress of the Communist International,the earliest Chinese translation of which currently available was translated by Cheng Zeren(Shen Zemin)in July 1921 and was published as the fourth book of Communist Series by People’s Publishing House in April 1922.It consists of three parts:“The Proposal of the Third International”as Part I,“The Manifesto of the Second Congress of the Third International Communist Party”as Part II,and the appendix“The First Manifesto of the Third International”as Part III.The Proposals and Manifesto of the Third International was introduced to China around August 1920 by Cheng Zeren,whose Chinese version might be translated from English.As an important introductory document of Second Congress of the Communist International into China,Chen’s version played an important role in the history of the early dissemination and domestication of Marxism.
