摘要
校企合作已成为目前高职院校培养新型人才以及高等职业教育适应供给侧结构性改革与产业结构调整的主要途径,而校企文化融合是一种充分体现职业特色的文化情境,对提高学生的综合素质有重要作用。了解目前高职院校校园文化与企业文化的融合现状,充分掌握校企文化融合的内涵,认识到校企文化融合的重要性与必要性,在这一基础上制定科学合理的高职学生职业素养培养对策,能够促进校企的深度融合,培养更多高素质人才,实现共赢发展。
School enterprise cooperation has become the main way for higher vocational colleges to cultivate new talents and for higher vocational education to adapt to the supply side structural reform and industrial structure adjustment,while school enterprise cultural integration is a cultural situation that fully reflects the professional characteristics and plays an important role in improving the comprehensive quality of students.Understanding the current situation of the integration of campus culture and enterprise culture in higher vocational colleges,fully mastering the connotation of the integration of school and enterprise culture,recognizing the importance and necessity of the integration of school and enterprise culture,and on this basis,formulating scientific and reasonable vocational quality training countermeasures for higher vocational students can promote the deep integration of school and enterprise,cultivate more high-quality talents,and achieve win-win development.
