摘要
铁路营业线施工维修作为铁路运输一项重要作业内容,是铁路建设及设备养护主要手段,具有“变种、变量、变人”的特点,施工组织管理水平的高低,已经成为影响列车运行速度、线路能力和行车安全的关键因素之一。本文主要论述优化营业线施工管理流程,研发和升级施工管理系统,创新施工管理模式,实现施工管理和运输组织的高度融合、协调统一和互利共赢,全面提升施工管理工作质量和效率,节约大量的人力、物力成本。
As an important operation content of railway transportation,railway business line construction and maintenance is the main means of railway construction and equipment maintenance.It has the characteristics of"variety,variable,change".The level of construction organization and management has become one of the key factors affecting the train running speed,line capacity and traffic safety.This paper mainly discusses optimizing the business line construction management process,developing and upgrading the construction management system,innovating the construction management mode,realizing the high degree of integration,coordination,unity and mutual benefit of construction management and transportation organization,comprehensively improving the quality and efficiency of construction management,and saving a lot of human and material costs.
