摘要
目的探讨老年人对政府购买居家养老服务的满意度及其影响因素,为健全和完善居家养老服务的供给体系提供依据。方法以浙江省温州地区接受政府养老服务补助的946例老年人为调查对象,采用自制调查表对其满意度现状进行调查,通过判别分析对老年人满意度关键影响因素进行分析。结果841例(88.9%)老年人对政府购买居家养老服务表示满意,3例(0.3%)老年人表示一般满意,102例(10.8%)老年人表示不满意;年龄、是否失能、是否接受低保救助、每月接受服务次数及是否接受医疗保健服务五个因素可以有效区别老年人不同的满意度,五个因素区别老年人不同照料满意度的总预测率为76.5%。结论年龄、是否失能、是否接受低保救助、每月接受服务次数及是否接受医疗保健服务这五个因素是影响老年人对政府购买居家养老服务满意度的关键因素。
Objective To explore the satisfaction of the elderly with the government's purchase of home care services and its core influence factors,so as to provide a basis for the supply system of home care service.Methods The survey object were 946 elderly people who received the government's purchase of home care services subsidies in Zhejiang province,the self-made questionnaire was used to investigate their satisfaction levels,and the core influencing factors of elderly satisfaction were analyzed through discriminant analysis.Results A total of 841 patients(88.9%)of the elderly were satisfied with the government's purchase of home-based care services,3 patients(0.3%)were generally satisfied,and 102 patients(10.8%)were not satisfied.Age,disability,subsistence allowances,the number of services received per month,and the provision of medical care services could effectively distinguish the different satisfaction levels of the elderly.The overall prediction rate of satisfaction was 76.5%.Conclusions The five factors of age,disability,subsistence allowances,the number of services received per month,and the provision of medical care services could effectively distinguish the different satisfaction levels of the elderly with the government's purchase of home care services,the discrimination was good.
