摘要
医药流通企业作为应急物流体系的组成部分,在抗击疫情中发挥着保障物资供应的重要作用。疫情防控背景下,社康中心和医院对抗疫物资的配送时效提出更高的要求,医药流通企业面临抗疫物资快速配送与兼顾运营成本的难题。对此,文章利用多重心法、VRPTW等模型对A医药公司的配送路径提出兼顾时效性和经济性的解决方案。
As part of the emergency logistics system, pharmaceutical distribution companies play an important role in ensuring the supply of materials in the fight against the epidemic. In the context of epidemic prevention and control, community health centres and hospitals are demanding more timely delivery of anti-epidemic supplies, and pharmaceutical distribution companies are faced with the challenge of rapid delivery of anti-epidemic supplies while balancing operational costs. In this paper, we propose a solution for the distribution route of pharmaceutical company A, using the multiple heart method and VRPTW models to balance timeliness and economy.
