摘要
学习目标模糊、没有动力是食品科学专业学生中存在的重要问题。把马克思主义人生观、马斯洛的需求理论与社会责任感、历史担当精神相结合,在专业教学中设置一些与人类社会、国民经济发展密切相关的理论内容、实践项目,是解决这一问题的有效方法之一。教学中,体现所学知识具有改变世界的力量,可满足其自我实现的需求。相关实践项目的实施,可使学生有自我实现的感性认识。专业教学中融入社会责任教育,可让学生有价值感,激发学生的学习兴趣、潜力、主动性,提高教学效果。
Ambiguous learning objectives and lack of motivation are important problems among students majoring in food science.Combining Marxist outlook on life and Maslow’s demand theory with social responsibility and historical responsibility spirit,and setting up some theoretical contents and practical items closely related to the development of human society and national economy in professional teaching is one of the effective ways to solve this problem.In teaching,it shows that what you have learned has the power to change the world and can meet the needs of self-realization.The implementation of related practice projects can make students have a perceptual knowledge of self-realization.The integration of social responsibility education into professional teaching can make students feel valuable,stimulate students’interest in learning,potential and initiative,and improve teaching effect.
