摘要
《灵枢·官能》“工之用针”部分论述了针刺补泻的具体操作。通过分析《灵枢》篇章排列体例以及后世针灸医籍体例可知,针具选择被列为针刺操作步骤的第一步。“泻必用员”“补必用方”作为首句,是针刺补泻的首要步骤,应当指针具选择。出土文物表明,《黄帝内经》成书时期存在圆柄和方柄2种针柄样式。在针具上进行特别设计以控制捻转角度大小使之达到补虚泻实的目的,符合“工之用针”主旨,亦可以进一步有效防止捻转误操作。故认为,“泻必用员”“补必用方”可能是指“泻法用圆柄针、补法用方柄针”。
In the Chapter 73 of Linshu·Guanneng,the part of “Gong Zhi Yong Zhen” means specific acupuncture operation of reinforcing and reducing. Through analyzing chapter arrangements in Linshu and later medical records of acupuncture,needle selection is the first step of acupuncture operation.“Cylindrical handle needle for reducing and prismatic handle needle for tonifying” as the first sentence,it should be the cardinal procedure of specific acupuncture operation of reinforcing and reducing,which means the needle selection. The unearthed cultural relics show that there were two types of needle handle,round handle and square handle,when Huangdi Neijing was written. The needle is specially designed to control the size of twist angle so as to achieve the purpose of reinforcing deficiency and reducing excess,which is in line with principles of “Gong Zhi Yong Zhen” and also further effectively prevent misoperation of twisting. So “cylindrical handle needle for reducing and prismatic handle needle for tonifying” possibly means “needle with round handle for reducing,needle with square handle for reinforcing”.
