摘要 本文以铜冶炼企业为例,设计一套基于工业互联网的能源管控系统。该系统利用工业互联网、分布式数据采集、智能数传仪表等技术手段,结合基于私有云部署和微服务架构的互联网软件系统开发,实现了企业内部能耗计划制定、能耗实绩跟踪、用能点位在线监测、用能情况自动统计、异常用能自动报警、能耗折标自动计算等能源管控功能的应用,有效提高了企业节能降耗管理效率,切实为企业降本增效做出贡献。 Taking a copper smelting enterprise as an example,this paper designs an energy management and control system based on the industrial Internet.The system uses industrial Internet,distributed data acquisition,intelligent data transmission instruments and other technical means,combined with Internet software system development based on private cloud deployment and micro-service architecture,to realize the application of energy management and control functions such as the formulation of internal energy consumption plans,the tracking of energy consumption performance,online monitoring of energy consumption points,automatic statistics of energy consumption,automatic alarms for abnormal energy consumption,and automatic calculation of energy consumption discounts,effectively improve the management efficiency of energy conservation and consumption reduction of enterprises,and effectively contribute to reducing costs and increasing efficiency of enterprises.
