摘要
配流盘作为液压泵重要的零件之一,对于液压泵流量与压力脉动有着重要影响。针对所设计的复合双作用叶片泵的配流盘三角槽结构对泵流量与压力特性的影响进行研究。基于双排叶片泵的三维模型,利用PumpLinx软件提取其流体域,针对配流盘三角槽的深度夹角和宽度夹角进行了分析研究,并对其结构进行了优化。仿真结果表明:对配流盘三角槽进行结构优化后,叶片泵内部的流量脉动和压力脉动都有明显的降低。
As one of the important parts of the hydraulic pump, the port plate has an important influence on the flow and pressure pulsation of the hydraulic pump. This paper studies the influence of the triangular groove structure of the port plate of the designed compound double-acting vane pump on the pump flow and pressure characteristics. Based on the three-dimensional model of the double-row vane pump, the PumpLinx software is used to extract the fluid domain, and the depth and width angles of the triangular grooves of the port plate are analyzed and studied, and its struchure is optimized. The simulation results show that the flow pulsation and pressure pulsation inside the vane pump are significantly reduced after the structure optimization of the triangular groove of the port plate.
