摘要
在使用德国VDI 2230标准进行螺栓强度校核的过程中,会涉及到被连接件弹性回弹量计算,其中螺栓孔形状的不同会影响被连接件弹性回弹量的值,从而对螺栓强度的校核结果产生影响。对椭圆形孔的被连接件弹性回弹量仿真计算结果和其通过VDI推导公式计算结果进行对比,确认了被连接件回弹量VDI推导公式的正确性。所做的研究为带椭圆孔被连接件的螺栓连接提供了技术支持。
In the process of checking the strength of bolts using the German VDI 2230 standard, the calculation of the amount of elastic rebound of the connected parts will be involved. The difference in the shape of the bolt hole will affect the value of the elastic springback of the connected parts, thus affecting the verification result of the bolt strength. The simulation calculation results of the elastic springback of the connected parts of the oval hole are compared with the calculation results of the VDI derivation formula, and the correctness of the derivation formula of the springback of the connected parts is confirmed. The research carried out provides technical support for bolted joints with elliptical holes.
