摘要
保油杂4号油菜新品种以隐性核不育系0318AB为母本、恢复系387为父本杂交选育,采用“科研(育种及栽培技术研究)+基地(种子生产)+新型生产经营主体(农场、合作社等)+企业回收加工”的模式,创新利益连结新机制,让产区农户在家门口就能分享到第一、第二、第三产业融合发展收益。对巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接和云南省打造世界一流“绿色食品牌”发挥了重要作用。
The new rape variety Baoyouza No.4 takes the Recessive Genic Male Sterile Line 0318ab as the female parent and the restorer line 387 as the male parent for cross breeding, adopts the mode of "scientific research(breeding and Cultivation Technology Research) + base(seed production) + new production and management entities(farms, cooperatives, etc.) + enterprise recycling and processing", innovates the new mechanism of interest connection, and enables farmers in the production area to share the benefits of the integrated development of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries at their doorstep. It has played an important role in consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty eradication, effectively connecting with rural revitalization, and building a world-class green food brand in Yunnan Province.
