摘要
目的 分析并讨论雷公藤多苷片在慢性肾炎治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年1月~2020年12月收治的84例慢性肾炎患者作为分析对象。按照治疗方法的差异性将84例慢性肾炎患者分为两组,基线组和实验组各42例。基线组患者选择单一肾炎康复片治疗,实验组患者在基线组基础上选择雷公藤多苷片治疗。密切观察两组患者的治疗情况,并比较治疗前与治疗后的24 h尿微量白蛋白水平,同时还应记录各项生化指标。结果 治疗后,实验组的临床总有效率高于基线组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的24 h尿微量白蛋白水平低于基线组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的甘油三酯、总胆固醇、血肌酐等指标水平均低于基线组,但血浆白蛋白水平高于基线组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在肾炎康复片治疗的基础上,引导慢性肾炎患者遵医嘱服用雷公藤多苷片,有助于改善患者的肾功能,增强临床治疗效果。
Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of Tripterygium Wilfordii glycosides tablets in the treatment of chronic nephritis.Methods From January 2019 to December 2020,84 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were selected as the analysis objects.According to the difference of treatment methods,84 patients with chronic nephritis were divided into two groups,baseline group and experimental group with 42 cases each.The patients in the baseline group were treated with single SHENYAN KANGFU tablet,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with tripterygium glycosides tablet.The level of Microalbuminuria in 24 hours before and after treatment was compared,and the biochemical indexes should be recorded.Results After treatment,the clinical total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the baseline group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the 24-hour urinary microalbumin level of the experimental group was lower than that of the baseline group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05) The levels of serum triglyceride,total cholesterol and creatinine in the experimental group were lower than those in the baseline group,but the levels of plasma albumin were higher than those in the baseline group(P<0.05).Conclusions On the basis of the treatment of SHENYANKANGFU tablet,to guide the chronic nephritis patients to take tripterygium glycosides tablet is helpful to improve the renal function of patients and enhance the clinical treatment effect.
