Research on Modeling of Public Emergency Information Dissemination Mechanism in Public Health Emergencies Based on BDI-Agent Model

摘要 [目的/意义]新冠大流行背景下,公众对突发公共卫生事件应急信息的需求增加,信息传播速率加快,对突发公共卫生事件下公众应急信息传播规律与机制进行研究有利于决策者更好地制定信息发布策略。[方法/过程]本研究基于BDI-Agent模型,将微博中传播应急信息的个体视为Agent,充分考虑个体异质性、个体间交互关系强弱以及信息价值等,定义个体间交互规则,通过仿真实验探究相关因素对突发公共卫生事件应急信息传播的影响机制。[结果/结论]研究发现,微博中传播信息个体数量总体上随着公众个体判断力的提高而显著增加;传播信息个体数量随着公众个体关注度的提高而显著增加;传播信息个体数量随着公众个体权威度的提高而增加;传播信息个体数量总体上随着公众个体偏执度的提高而显著减少。 [Purpose/Significance]Under the influence of COVID-19,the public’s emergency information dissemination behavior became more frequent, and the research on the public’s emergency information dissemination mechanism will help policymakers to better formulate information release strategies.[Method/Process]Based on the BDI-Agent model, regarding individuals who disseminating information in Weibo as agents, the paper fully considered individual heterogeneity, the strength of interaction between individuals, and the value of information, defined interaction rules between individuals, and explored relevant factors through simulation experiments.[Result/Conclusion]The study found that the number of individuals disseminating information in Weibo increased significantly with the improvement of the public’s individual judgment;the number of individuals disseminating information increased significantly with the improvement of the public’s individual attention;the number of individuals disseminating information increased with the public’s individual authority.The number of individuals disseminating information decreases significantly with the increase of the public’s individual paranoia.
