摘要
随着药物临床试验的发展,研究者发起的临床研究(investigator-initiated trial,IIT)发挥了愈发重要的作用。该文通过分析药物临床试验和IIT研究的管理模式,比较我国在药物临床试验与IIT研究管理模式上的差异,以期为我国IIT管理体系的构建提供参考。
With the development of drug clinical trials,investigator-initiated trial(IIT) plays an increasingly important role.This paper analyzed the management modes of drug clinical trial and IIT,and compared the differences of management modes between drug clinical trial and IIT,in order to provide reference for the construction of IIT management system in China.
