摘要
我国自古就是一个农业大国,“农业、农村、农民问题是关系国计民生的根本问题”,因此,农村的良好发展关系到整个中国社会的发展。基于此,习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中提出了实施“乡村振兴”战略,为进一步提高农村发展做出战略部署。在促进农村大力发展的基础上,生态问题是农村良好发展的重点,推动农村生态文明治理体系与治理能力的良好发展更是实现乡村振兴的基础和重中之重。
China has been a big agricultural country since ancient times,“agriculture,rural areas,farmers is the fundamental problem related to the national economy and people’s livelihood”,therefore,the good development of rural areas is related to the development of the whole Chinese society.Based on this,General Secretary Xi Jin ping put forward the implementation of the“rural revitalization”strategy in his report to the 19th CPC National Congress,making strategic plans for further improving rural development.On the basis of promoting vigorous rural development,ecological issues are the focus of sound rural development,and promoting the sound development of rural ecological civilization governance system and governance capacity is the foundation and top priority of rural revitalization.
