摘要
目的:分析加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)在骨科领域应用研究的热点、前沿、趋势等,为骨科ERAS的临床应用提供一定的参考。方法:从Web of Science(WoS)选取2000年1月至2021年12月在科学引文索引扩展版(science citation index expanded,SCIE)发表的骨科ERAS领域的相关论文及其引文数据,借助VOSviewer和CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析,分别从文献作者、所属国家、研究热点、关键词等角度对ERAS在骨科领域的发展进行探索。结果:国际上发表的骨科ERAS领域的既往文献总量达950篇,且文献数量在近5年呈爆发式增长。950篇文献共来自302种期刊,除Journal of Arthroplasty以总发文量74篇位居榜首并遥遥领先以外,其他载文期刊较为分散。美国的发文量最多,并且篇均被引次数较高(21.50次),我国的发文量排名第二,但篇均被引次数(6.19次)排名偏后。关键词共现分析发现,关节置换、临床结局、麻醉等相关高频关键词构成了该领域的代表性术语;突现词分析发现,ERAS在骨科领域的发展从2010年起步,并于2018年后达到新的阶段。结论:近年来,骨科ERAS主要针对围手术期的系列措施,并逐渐归纳为共识/指南。而我国ERAS尚缺少国际影响力,期待高质量证据等级的文章,以扩大国际范围的宣传。
Objective:To analyze the research hotspots,frontiers and trends of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in the field of orthopedics,so as to provide some references for the clinical application of ERAS in orthopedics.Method:Relevant articles and its citation data about ERAS in the field of orthopedics published in the science citation index expanded(SCIE)from January 2000 to December 2021 were extracted from the web of science(WOS),and visualized with the help of VOSviewer and CiteSpace softwares.Authors,belonged countries,research hotspots and key words of those screened articles were analyzed to investigate the progress of ERAS in orthopedics.Result:The number of total screened literatures in the world were only 950,and the number of literatures increased explosively in the past five years.950 articles were published in 302 journals in total.Journal of Arthroplasty ranked the first with a total number of 74 articles published and was far ahead of other journals among which articles published were relatively scattered.The United States had the largest number of articles published with a relative high citation frequency(cited 21.50 times per article).China ranked the second,but the citation frequency(cited 6.19 times per article)ranked behand.Joint replacement related words(replacement/arthroplasty),words related to clinical outcomes(outcomes/complications/mortality/morbidity),anesthesia related words(anesthesia/pain)were high-frequency key words which also became representative terms in this field through co-occurrence analysis.Through burst term analysis it can be seen that the development of ERAS in orthopedics started in 2010 and reached a new stage after 2018.Conclusion:In recent years,orthopaedic ERAS mainly focuses on a series of measures in the perioperative period,and the development trend is gradually approaching the consensus/guideline.However,China's ERAS is still short of world influence and expects high-quality articles with evidence level to expand international publicity.
