摘要
介绍BIM技术的发展与应用,从优化管理模式、提升工程的经济效益和实现项目建设信息共享3方面阐述BIM应用的意义和优势,提出BIM技术在建设工程管理中的应用策略。通过实际工程案例,分析BIM技术在工程建设管理中的应用要点。
This paper introduces the development and application of BIM technology,expounds the significance and advantages of BIM application from three aspects:optimizing the management mode,improving the economic benefits of the project and realizing the sharing of project construction information,and puts forward the application strategy of BIM technology in construction project management.Through practical engineering cases,the application points of BIM technology in engineering construction management are analyzed.
