摘要
目的:观察补阳还五汤加减联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年1-12月兴宁市中医医院内一科收治的DPN患者100例作为观察对象,以随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。观察组采用补阳还五汤加减联合依帕司他治疗,对照组予以依帕司他治疗。比较两组治疗前、后临床证候评分,统计血常规、肝功能、肾功能指标异常率。结果:治疗后,两组临床证候疼痛、麻木与灼热感评分较治疗前下降,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血常规、肝功能、肾功能指标异常率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在DPN的治疗中,以补阳还五汤加减联合依帕司他治疗,可明显改善患者的临床症状,减少血常规、肝功能、肾功能指标异常,效果理想。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with epalrestat in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:A total of 100 DPN patients admitted to the Department of Internal Medicine of Xingning Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the observation objects.Divided them into observation group and control group by random number table method,50 cases in each.The observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with epalrestat,and the control group was treated with epalrestat.The main clinical symptom scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the abnormal rates of blood routine,liver function and renal function indexes were counted.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of pain,numbness and burning sensation in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The abnormal rate of blood routine,liver function and renal function in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of DPN,the combination of Buyang Huanwu Decoction and epalrestat can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce abnormal blood routine,liver function and renal function indexes,and the effect is ideal.
