摘要
公司员工在日常工作中会产生大量的电子文档,按照保密规定,需对所有的电子文档在首页标定相应密级。常规做法是人工在电子文档的首页插入文本框,输入规定格式的密级标识。为减少人工的重复性操作,基于VBA编程设计了电子文档标定密级软件,并将程序入口集成于鼠标右键菜单栏中。在单选或多选文件后,可在不打开电子文档的情况下自动为其标识选定的密级。经过测试验证,每份电子文件标定密级时间约20s,且密级标识字体、字号、位置等完全统一,大幅提高了标定密级的工作效率,具有一定的推广应用价值。
A large number of electronic documents will be produced in daily working year after year.In accordance with the confidentiality regulations,all the documents should be marked with the corresponding security classification on the first page.The normal practice is to manually insert a text box on the first page of the electronic document and input a formatted security classification.In order to reduce the repetitive operation,the document security classification marking software is designed based on VBA,and the program entry is integrated into the right mouse button menu bar.The security classification of the selected documents can be automatically marked without opening it.The result shows that each electronic document takes about 20s to mark security classification with the same type,size,location.The working efficiency is greatly improved,and it has certain application and popularization value.
