摘要
在制造强国战略背景下,新时代高校学科建设应瞄准科技前沿和关键领域,主动适应产业需求,完善学科布局。本文以锂电池产业领域为例,在分析锂离子电池产业发展现状的基础上,分析了天津市高校相关学科布局情况。经对比发现,与未来锂电池产业发展需求相比,由于存在着较大的人才缺口,高校急需加强学科建设规划,优化学科布局。针对当前高校学科布局中存在的突出问题,提出了重点发展新兴学科、提升改造传统学科等探索服务国家需求和区域发展的地方高校学科布局优化路径。
Under the background of a manufacturing power in the new era,it’s imperative for colleges and universities to focus on the frontier and key areas of science and technology,adapt to industrial demands and improve the discipline layout.This paper aims to examine the layout of relevant disciplines in universities in Tianjin,on the basis of analyzing the current status of the lithium-ion battery industry.After comparison,it is found that due to the large talent gap,colleges and universities urgently need to strengthen the discipline construction and optimize the discipline layout to meet the future demand of the industry.In view of the above-mentioned problems,the optimization paths are proposed,such as focusing on promoting emerging disciplines and upgrading classic disciplines.
