摘要
以粉煤灰与陶土为原料,采用滚压成型法制得无机陶瓷膜支撑体。通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、激光粒度分析仪等表征手段系统的探讨了粉煤灰与陶土掺杂比、烧结温度对支撑体性能的影响。结果表明,粉煤灰和陶土的掺杂比为9∶1,1150℃高温烧结,持续保温3 h条件下制得的支撑体性能要优于其他条件。纯水通量为783.74 L/(m^(2)·h·MPa),抗折强度为24.12 MPa,酸碱腐蚀稳定,分别为0.6095%、0.0124%,线性收缩率仅为5.62%。
The fly ash and clay are used to prepare the inorganic ceramic film support by rolling molding method.The influence of fly ash-clay doping ratio and sintering temperature on the performance of the membrane support were discussed by X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope and laser particle size analyzer.The results show that the doping ratio of fly ash and clay was 9:1,high temperature sintering at 1150℃,and the performance of the membrane support prepared under continuous insulation for 3h is better than other conditions.At this time,the pure water flux was 783.74 L/(m^(2)·h·MPa),and the discount strength was 24.12 MPa,with stable acid-base corrosion,0.6095%and 0.0124%,respectively,and the linear shrinkage rate was only 5.62%.
