摘要
近年来,广西高职院校积极落实教育部《新时代高等学校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设规定》,招聘大量思政课教师补充到思政课教师队伍。思政课教师人数增长而教学质量相对下降的问题随之出现。部分思政课专职教师在教学上存在教学准备不足,教学手段单一,教学总结缺乏等共性问题。思政课专职教师教学质量提升三步走策略:教学备课要充足,教学手段要合理,课后总结要深入。
In recent years,Guangxi higher vocational colleges have actively implemented the regulations on the construction of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities in the new era issued by the ministry of education,and recruited a large number of ideological and political teachers to supplement the ideological and political teachers.With the increase of the number of ideological and political teachers and the relative decline of teaching quality,the problem appears.Some full-time teachers of ideological and political courses have some common problems in teaching,such as insufficient teaching preparation,single teaching means,lack of teaching summary and so on.The three-step strategy to improve the teaching quality of full-time teachers of ideological and political courses:sufficient teaching preparation,reasonable teaching means and in-depth summary after class.
