摘要
目的探讨左旋甲状腺素钠治疗小儿甲状腺功能减退症的临床效果。方法抽取2019年8月至2020年9月开封市儿童医院收治的小儿甲状腺功能减退症患儿86例,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组43例。对照组采用甲状腺片治疗,研究组采用左旋甲状腺素钠治疗。比较两组临床疗效、游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT4)水平、促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平、体格发育、智力发育及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率(95.35%,41/43)高于对照组(81.40%,35/43),P<0.05;治疗后,研究组FT4水平高于对照组,TSH水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组身高、体质量均高于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗后,研究组发育商、智力指数均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率(4.65%,2/43)与对照组(6.98%,3/43)比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论左旋甲状腺素钠治疗小儿甲状腺功能减退症有利于提高临床疗效,改善患儿智力发育、体格发育状况,促进患儿甲状腺功能恢复。
Objective To investigate the effect of levothyroxine sodium in the treatment of hypothyroidism in children.Methods A total of 86 cases of children with hypothyroidism treated in Kaifeng Children’s Hospital from August 2019 to September 2020 were selected,and they were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with thyroid tablets,and the study group was treated with levothyroxine sodium.The curative effect,the level of free tetraiodothyroine(FT4),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),physical development,intellectual development and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group(95.35%,41/43)was higher than that of the control group(81.40%,35/43),P<0.05.After treatment,the level of FT4 in the study group was higher than that in the control group,while the level of TSH was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the height and weight of the study group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of developmental quotient and mental index in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group(4.65%,2/43)and the control group(6.98%,3/43),P>0.05.Conclusions Levothyroxine sodium in the treatment of hypothyroidism in children is conducive to improving the clinical efficacy,improving the intellectual and physical development of children,and promoting the recovery of thyroid function.
