摘要
“人民城市人民建,人民城市为人民”是城市体育发展的重要理念。该文运用文献资料、逻辑推理等研究方法,回顾了人民城市理念的提出及其对城市体育和大型体育赛事发展的基本要求,并探讨了我国城市大型体育赛事发展面临的挑战,提出人民城市理念下大型体育赛事发展方式转变的对策建议,即以人民需求为中心优化大型体育赛事治理体系;效率优先兼顾公平,推进大型体育赛事精细化管理;发展依靠人民,积极推动大型体育赛事创新发展等,旨在为我国城市体育及大型赛事高质量发展提供参考。
"People's city built by people,people's city for people"is an important concept of urban sports development.Using the research methods of literature and logical reasoning,this paper reviews the proposal of the people's city concept and its basic requirements for the development of urban sports and large-scale sports events,discusses the challenges faced by the development of large-scale sports events in cities in China,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the transformation of the development mode of large-scale sports events under the people's city concept,that is,to optimize the governance system of large-scale sports events centered on the needs of the people;Give priority to efficiency and give consideration to fairness,and promote the fine management of large-scale sports events;Development depends on the people and actively promotes the innovative development of large-scale sports events,aiming to provide reference for the high-quality development of urban sports and large-scale events in China.
