摘要
目的:探讨微创板层角膜移植(MILK)治疗圆锥角膜患者的围术期优质护理效果。方法:选取2018年6月1日-2021年12月31日收治的108例(108眼)圆锥角膜患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组各54例(54眼);对照组行常规护理,观察组行围术期优质护理。比较两组干预前后矫正视力变化和护理满意度。结果:干预1、3个月后,两组矫正视力均高于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对圆锥角膜患者实施微创板层角膜移植治疗,联合围术期优质护理,能有效改善患者矫正视力,提高护理满意度。
Objective: To explore the perioperative quality nursing effect of the minimally invasive lamellar corneal transplantation(MILK)in the treatment of keratoconus patients.Methods: During June 1,2018 to December 31,2021,108 cases(108 eyes)of keratoconus patients were selected as the research objects, according to the random number table method were divided into the control group and the observation group each with 54 cases(54 eyes).The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given perioperative quality nursing.Comparison was made between the two groups on vision correction changes before and after the intervention and nursing satisfaction.Results: One and three months after intervention, the vision correction was higher in both groups than that before the intervention(P<0.05),and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).And the nursing satisfaction was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Implementation of minimally invasive lamellar corneal transplantation in patients with keratoconus, combined with perioperative quality nursing, can effectively improve vision correction in patients, and improve their nursing satisfaction.
