摘要
茶树在全球范围内广泛种植,对种植区经济发展发挥了重要作用。低温冻害是影响茶树产量及品质的主要自然灾害之一。近年来有关茶树抗寒性的研究越来越多,但是对当下茶树抗寒性研究的研究内容、现存问题和重点方向等方面还缺乏系统的分析总结。文章利用文献系统性评价的研究方法,对2010—2021年发表的有关茶树抗寒性的308篇中外文文献进行统计分析,旨在为茶树抗寒性鉴定等相关研究提供理论依据。结果发现:近12年来茶树抗寒性研究发展迅速,有关低温响应和育种栽培的研究最多;龙井43、福鼎大白茶、舒茶早是鉴定茶树抗寒性常用的试验材料;相对电导率、丙二醛、渗透调节物质、抗氧化酶活性等是茶树抗寒性研究最常关注的生理指标。茶树抗寒性研究存在基础研究占比高、应用型研究较少、有关茶树抗寒的品质研究不够、茶树新品种和地方特色或主栽品种关注较少等问题,未来需进一步加强。
Tea plants are widely planted around the world and play an important role in the economic development of the growing areas.Low temperature freezing injury is one of the main natural disasters affecting tea yield and quality.In recent years,more and more researches on the cold resistance of tea plants have been carried out,but there is still a lack of systematic analysis and summary of the research content,existing problems and key directions of the current research on cold resistance of tea plants.The research method of systematic evaluation of literature to conduct a statistical analysis of 308 Chinese and foreign literatures on cold resistance of tea plants published from 2010 to 2021was used in this study to provide a theoretical reference for the decision-making of related researches such as identification of cold resistance of tea plants.The results show that the research on cold resistance of tea plants has developed rapidly in the past 11 years,and the researches on low temperature response,breeding and cultivation were the most,’Longjing 43’’Fuding Dabaicha’and’Shuchazao’were commonly used experimental materials to identify the cold resistance of tea plants.Relative conductivity,malondialdehyde,osmotic regulators,and antioxidant enzyme activities were the most commonly concerned physiological indicators in cold resistance research of tea plants.The current research on cold resistance of tea plants has problems such as a high proportion of basic research,less applied research,insufficient research on the tea quality change under cold stress,and less attention to new tea cultivars and local or main tea cultivars,which need to be further strengthened in the future.
