摘要
为满足某石化装置丙烷低温球罐现场安装的施焊要求,采用国产焊接材料对球罐用材07MnNiMoDR进行焊接工艺技术研究。在分析母材焊接性和焊接接头测试的基础上,制定了母材焊接方法和焊接工艺,讨论了安装过程中的焊接操作难点及相应控制措施,进行了焊接接头力学性能试验。结果表明,拟定的焊接工艺是可行的,球罐焊缝性能可以满足设计使用要求。
In order to meet the field installation and welding work of propane cryogenic spherical tank in a petrochemical plant,the welding technology investigation of 07MnNiMoDR spherical tank material was carried out by using domestic welding materials.Based on the analysis of the weldability of base metal and the test of welding joint,the welding method and welding process suitable for base metal and the control measures of welding operation difficulties in the installation process were formulated.The mechanical properties of welded joints were tested.The results show that the proposed welding process is feasible,and the weld performance of the spherical tank can meet the design requirements.
