摘要
为了满足我国高端中直径焊管的需求,开发建设了一条自动化、数字化、中板和板卷两用的中直径直缝埋弧焊管生产线。该生产线采用国际首套轨道模压ODF (orbital die forming)成型机,同时配套了高效铣边机、高精度合缝机、国产首套762铣切锯等设备。应用实践表明,该生产线解决了原有中直径埋弧直缝焊管生产效率低、成材率低、合格率低、能耗高等问题,同时产品质量稳定可靠,产品性能、几何尺寸及外观质量得到了提升,此项技术在中直径直缝埋弧焊管制造方面具有良好的推广前景。
In order to meet the demand of high-end medium diameter welded pipe, an automatic and digital straight seam submerged arc welded pipe production line for both medium plate and plate coil has been developed and constructed. The production line adopts the international first set of orbital die forming(ODF) welded pipe forming unit, high efficiency milling machine, high precision jointing machine, and the domestic first set 762 milling and sawing equipment. The application practice shows that the production line solves the problems of low production efficiency, low yield, low qualified rate, low energy consumption and high energy consumption, the product quality is stable and reliable, and the geometric dimension and appearance quality of the product are improved. This technology has a good promotion prospect in the manufacturing of medium diameter submerged arc straight seam welded pipe.
