摘要
醋酸装置锆材制造的脱轻塔初冷器是粗醋酸进入后续精馏工序的关键设备,其工作状态对成品醋酸品质有较大影响。通过对某大型醋酸企业新、旧2台脱轻塔初冷器泄漏情况长期调查,发现产能提升与设备参数不匹配是导致醋酸装置脱轻塔初冷器频繁泄漏的根本原因。希望用户提高对静设备的认识,用科学的态度应对装置的扩能改造,保证装置的安全稳定运行。
The primary cooler of the light-removing tower made of zirconium material of the acetic acid unit is one of the key equipment for the crude acetic acid to enter the subsequent rectification process,and its working state has a great influence on the finished acetic acid.Through a long-term investigation on the frequent leakage of the new and old light-removing tower primary coolers of a large acetic acid enterprise,it is found that the mismatch between the capacity increase and the equipment design parameters is the root cause of frequent leaks in the lightremoving tower primary coolers of the acetic acid plant.It is hoped that users will improve their understanding of static equipment,respond to the capacity expansion and transformation of the device with a scientific attitude,and ensure the safe and stable operation of the device.
