摘要
我国的普通低合金钢是充分利用我国丰富资源,摆脱镍、铬的束缚而发展起来的一个独立的低合金钢系统;低合金钢生产是提高产品技术含量和附加值的关键。低合金钢中的铌具有阻止形变奥氏体的回复再结晶、细化晶粒及沉淀硬化等作用,它广泛应用于合金钢。所以在检测低合金钢的化学成分时,铌元素的含量是必须要检测的元素之一。通过对低合金钢中铌的分析方法的讨论、比较,从反应机理、试剂、分析方法等方面进行了探讨,结果表明:氯磺酚S吸光光度法测定低合金钢中铌含量,所得结果准确,重现性高,分析时间短,工作曲线的绘制能够快速准确地分析低合金钢中的铌含量,提高检测效率。
The ordinary low alloy steel of our country was an independent low alloy steel system developed by making full use of China's rich resources and getting rid of the constraints of nickel and chromium,and the production of low alloy steel was the key to improve the technical content and added value of products.Niobium in low alloy steel could prevent the recovery and recrystallization of deformed austenite,refine grain,deposit and harden,so it was widely used in alloy steel.Therefore,when testing the chemical composition of low alloy steel,the content of niobium was one of the elements that must be tested.The analysis methods of niobium in low alloy steel were discussed and compared from the aspects of reaction mechanism,reagent,analysis method and so on.The results showed that the determination of niobium in low alloy steel by chlorosulfophenol S spectrophotometry had the advantages of accurate results,high reproducibility,short analysis time,and the drawing of working curve could quickly and accurately analyze the content of niobium in low alloy steel and improve the detection efficiency.
