摘要
目的探讨将美国心脏协会(American Heart Association,AHA)高级生命支持课程培训模式应用于军队任职教育中的效果。方法选取来海军军医大学学习的军队任职教育学员共248名,基于AHA课程模式实施高级生命支持技术训练,课后采用问卷调查和质性访谈法,从教学内容、教学安排、难度水平和培训效果等方面评价教学情况。结果学员普遍认同培训的教学内容和教学安排,满意率均在95%以上,56.9%的学员认为整体难度水平一般,学员认为培训能活跃课堂氛围、提高学习积极性、增强团队合作能力,同时还需要多次练习以增进效果。结论采用AHA高级生命支持课程培训模式对于强化生命支持的核心救护能力具有优势,今后还应结合军队任职教育的特点不断完善培训内容与方法,并进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the effects of American Heart Association(AHA)advanced life support course training mode on military vocational education.Methods A total of 248 military professional education students were selected to receive ad-vanced life support technology training in Naval Medical University.Upon completion of the course,a questionnaire survey and quali-tative interview were made to evaluate the teaching results from the aspects of teaching contents,teaching arrangement,difficulty level and training effects.Results The students universally accepted the teaching contents and teaching arrangement,with a satisfaction rate of over 95%.56.9%of the students thought the overall difficulty level was general.The students generally held that the training could enhance classroom atmosphere,heighten learning enthusiasm and improve teamwork.Conclusion The application of AHA ad-vanced life support Megacode team training mode has the advantage of strengthening the core rescue ability of life support.Further ef-forts should be made to perfect training contents and methods in the future,in combination with the features of military professional ed-ucation,and it is worth further promotion.
