摘要
                
                    随着现代生物科学技术的蓬勃发展,酶工程科学技术应运而生,是酶学理论和现代化学技术结合所产生的一门新兴科学技术。目前,酶工程的主要研究方向包括定向酶进化、固定化、修饰及杂交等,在食品、医药、畜牧、环保等领域发挥重要作用。本文对酶工程研发技术和酶工程的应用现状进行了详细介绍,旨在为酶工程的应用与发展提供一些参考思路。
                
                With the vigorous development of modern biological science and technology,enzyme engineering science and technology emerged as the times require,which is an emerging science and technology produced by the combination of enzyme theory and modern chemical technology.At present,the main research directions of enzyme engineering include directed enzyme evolution,immobilization,modification and hybridization,etc.,and play an important role in food,medicine,animal husbandry,environmental protection and other fields.This paper introduces the research and development technology of enzyme engineering and the application status of enzyme engineering in detail,aiming to provide some reference ideas for the application and development of enzyme engineering.
