摘要
采用大学毕业生就业压力问卷和心理弹性量表中文版探究大学生心理韧性与就业压力的关系。共施测220名大学生,收回有效数据182份。结果表明,大学生就业压力处于较低水平;心理韧性处于较高水平;性别和生源地在就业压力行为表现维度上存在显著差异;是否签订就业单位在就业压力总分及其各维度上存在显著差异;生源地和考研是否过目标学校分数线在心理韧性力量性维度存在显著差异;是否签订就业单位在心理韧性总分、坚韧性和乐观性维度上存在显著差异;就业压力和心理韧性存在显著负相关,且心理韧性坚韧性维度能有效预测就业压力。
The employment stress questionnaire and psychological elasticity scale were used to explore the relationship between College Students'psychological resilience and employment stress.A total of 220 college students were tested and 182 valid data were collected.The results show that the employment pressure of college students is at a low level;Psychological resilience is at a high level;There are significant differences in the dimensions of employment stress behavior between gender and place of origin;Whether to sign a job or not has significant differences in the total score of employment pressure and its dimensions;There are significant differences in the dimension of psychological resilience between the place of origin of students and whether they have taken the postgraduate entrance examination or not;There are significant differences in the total score of psychological resilience,resilience and optimism;There is a significant negative correlation between employment pressure and psychological resilience,and the dimension of psychological resilience can effectively predict employment pressure.
