摘要
目的研究饮食护理干预对妇科恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间营养状况产生的影响。方法将中国科学技术大学附属第一医院2019年1月至2021年3月收治的110例妇科恶性肿瘤患者进行研究,以随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与观察组。其中对照组55例患者进行常规护理;观察组55例在常规护理基础上,增加饮食护理干预。对两组患者血红蛋白、血清白蛋白指标进行比较,并分析体重指数变化情况。结果干预前,两组血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、体重指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、体重指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科恶性肿瘤化疗期间,使用饮食护理干预方法效果显著,能够改善患者营养状况。
Objective To study the effect of dietary nursing intervention on nutritional status of patients with gynecological malignant tumor during chemotherapy.Methods A total of 110 patients with gynecological malignant tumor admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China from January 2019 to March 2021 were studied.Patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,among whom 55 patients in the control group received routine nursing,55 cases in the observation group added dietary nursing intervention on basis of conventional nursing,the indexes of hemoglobin and serum albumin of the two groups were compared,and the changes of body mass index were analyzed.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in hemoglobin,serum albumin and body mass index between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,hemoglobin,serum albumin and body mass index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion During the chemotherapy of gynecological malignant tumor,the use of dietary nursing intervention has remarkable effect and can improve the nutritional status of patients.
