摘要
目的探究循环护理模式乳腺癌术后静脉输液港置管化疗患者治疗依从性、生活质量的影响。方法选择2020年1月至2021年6月在江西省肿瘤医院接受治疗的实施完全植入式静脉输液港的120例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(60例)和观察组(60例)。对照组予以传统护理方法,观察组予以循环护理管理模式。比较两组的治疗依从性、生活质量评分、睡眠质量评分、健康知识掌握情况以及护理满意度。结果两组护理前的生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者护理后的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后治疗依从性、健康知识掌握度、护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理前的睡眠质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组护理后的睡眠质量评分低于本组护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后的睡眠质量评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌术后静脉输液港置管化疗患者,应用循环护理模式,对于提升患者对治疗依从性、改善患者的生活质量均具有较好的应用效果。
Objective To explore the effect of circular nursing mode on the compliance and quality of life of patients after breast cancer surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients with breast cancer who were treated with totally implantable venous access port in Jiangxi Cancer Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into control group(60 cases)and observation group(60 cases)using the random number table method.The control group was given traditional nursing methods,and the observation group was given circular nursing management mode.The treatment compliance,quality of life score,sleep quality score,health knowledge and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the score of quality of life between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The score of quality of life in the observation group after nursing was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance,health knowledge mastery and nursing satisfaction in the observation group after nursing were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in sleep quality scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The sleep quality score of the two groups after nursing was lower than that before nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep quality score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of circular nursing mode in patients undergoing breast cancer surgery after intravenous infusion port chemotherapy has better application effect in improving patients′compliance and improving their quality of life.
