摘要 随着《中华人民共和国慈善法》的出台以及党和国家提出重视发挥第三次分配作用、大力推进公益慈善事业发展,加强慈善教育理应成为新时代民族工作和教育工作的重要内容之一。慈善是一项促进各民族均衡发展和交往交流交融的重要事业,对铸牢中华民族共同体意识具有重要意义。中华民族慈善教育是指在铸牢中华民族共同体意识视角下,开展的有关中华民族和各民族慈善历史、慈善文化、慈善实践和慈善知识的教育。中华民族慈善教育的原则包括阶段性原则、知行合一原则、本土性原则、相互性原则和真实性原则。中华民族慈善教育的方法主要有课堂教学、媒体宣传、主题活动、机构走访、服务学习和项目化学习。中华民族慈善教育有利于为民族地区带来更多的慈善资源,促进各民族的共同富裕和均衡发展;有利于促进不同民族之间相互理解、相互尊重,增进团结互助的民族关系;有利于唤起各民族团结奋斗的记忆,促进各民族的中华民族认同和中华文化认同。 With the promulgation of the Charity Law and the proposal of the CPC and the state to pay attention to playing the role of the third distribution and promoting the development of public welfare charity, strengthening charity education of the Chinese nation should become a new content of ethnic work and ethnic education. Charity is an important cause to promote the balanced development of all ethnic groups and the exchanges and integration among all ethnic groups. It is of great significance to strengthening the sense of community of the Chinese nation. The Charity education of the Chinese nation refers to the education on the history, culture, practice and knowledge of charity of the Chinese nation and all ethnic groups from the perspective of forging the community consciousness of the Chinese nation. The principles of charity education for the Chinese nation include the principle of gradation, combination of knowledge and action, localization, mutuality and authenticity. The main methods of Chinese national charity education mainly include classroom teaching, media publicity, theme activities, organization visits, service learning and project learning. The charity education of the Chinese nation is conducive to bringing more charitable resources to the ethnic areas, and promoting the common prosperity and balanced development of all ethnic groups;it is conducive to promoting mutual understanding and mutual respect among different ethnic groups, and enhancing ethnic relations of solidarity and mutual assistance;it is conducive to recall the memory of the gathered efforts and struggle of all ethnic groups, and promoting the Chinese national identity and Chinese cultural identity of all ethnic groups.
