风电直流外送系统风机高压脱网的风险评估 被引量:13

摘要 风电集中接入的直流外送系统发生线路故障、换相失败及直流闭锁等问题时,可能引起风机大规模高压脱网,对其风险进行评估意义重大。在风机高压脱网原因分析的基础上,文中建立了衡量故障发生可能性的概率模型,对不同故障严重程度下的脱网容量、电压越限等量化指标进行计算,进而提出了系统直流侧故障引起风机高压脱网的风险评估方法。在上述工作基础上,文中基于PSCAD/EMTDC软件搭建了典型风电直流外送系统的电磁暂态仿真模型,获得了不同故障下系统暂态特性及各故障的后果严重程度,利用所提方法量化评估了系统不同运行条件下的风机高压脱网风险。结果表明,距离送端换流站电气距离越近的风电场受到直流侧故障影响的程度越高,风机出力水平越高其高压脱网的风险越大,交流侧火电支撑和动态无功补偿可有效降低风机高压脱网风险。研究结果对风电直流外送系统的安全运行具有指导意义。 Such problems as line faults,commutation failures or converter blocking in a HVDC delivery system with wind power integration likely lead to large-scale high voltage trip-off of wind turbine from the grid and,therefore,as-sessment of its risk is of great significance.Based on the study of high voltage trip-off of the wind turbine,the proba-bility models measuring the likelihood of fault is set up in this paper and such quantitative indicators as trip-off ca-pacity and out of voltage limit under different severity are calculated.A risk assessment method for high voltage trip-off of wind turbine caused by the fault on DC side is thus proposed.On the basis of above work,an electromagnetic transient simulation model of typical wind power DC delivery system is set up based on PSCAD/EMTDC software,the transient characteristic of the system under different faults and the severity of each fault consequence are ob-tained.The risk of high voltage trip-off of wind turbine under different operation conditions are quantitatively as-sessed.The results show that wind farm close to the electrical clearance of HVDC converter station of the delivery end is subject to high degree of DC side fault.The higher the output of the wind turbine is,the higher the high voltage trip-off risk is.The thermal power unit support from AC side and dynamic reactive power compensation can reduce the risk of high voltage tripping-off of wind turbine.The research results in this paper can provide reference for safe operation of wind power in HVDC delivery system.
