摘要
新工科强调学科交叉,不同学科的学生对实验室安全认识有所不同,这将是实验室安全管理的新挑战。高校实验室是大学最重要的教学和科研基地,保障实验室安全运行环境极为重要,构建信息化、模块化、现代化的实验室安全管理体系有助于提高实验室的管理效率与管理效果。分析、总结、归纳了新形势下的实验室安全事故类型及原因,探索从责任制度、培训制度、管理制度、保护措施、监督机制五个方面搭建实验室安全管理系统,提出从优化实验队伍、倡议绿色文化建设、深化安全文化教育改革等方面充实管理体系,确实提升实验室安全管理水平。
The new engineering department emphasizes the interdisciplinary subject,and the students of different subjects have different understanding of laboratory safety,which will be a new challenge of laboratory safety management.The university laboratory is the most important teaching and scientific research base of the university,and it is very important to ensure the safe operation environment of the laboratory.The construction of information,modular and modern laboratory safety management system is helpful to improve the management efficiency and management effect of the laboratory.This paper analyzes,summarizes and summarizes the types and causes of laboratory safety accidents under the new situation,explores the establishment of laboratory safety management system from five aspects:responsibility system,training system,management system,protection measures and supervision mechanism,and puts forward some suggestions:Enrich the management system from the aspects of optimizing the experimental team,proposing the construction of green culture,deepening the reform of safety culture and education,and really improve the level of laboratory safety management.
