摘要
为解决薄壳山核桃“1+1”裸根苗育苗培育周期长、造林成活率低等问题,本文从采种及处理、低温冷藏、高温催芽、小容器孵化、大容器轻基质培育、幼苗两次断根、两次移苗、两次嫁接等方面介绍了培育“1+1”大规格容器嫁接苗的关键技术,以期为薄壳山核桃苗培育提供参考。
In this paper,in order to find solutions to such problems as long propagation cycle and low survival rate in raising"1+1"bare-root saplings of Carya illinoensis,an introduction was made to the key techniques for raising"1+1"large-size container grafted saplings of the species from such aspects as collection and treatment of seeds,low temperature storage,high temperature pregermination,incubation in small containers,cultivation in light medium and large containers,root cutting twice,transplanting twice and grafting twice,so as to provide reference for raising Carya illinoensis saplings.
