不同老化程度下沥青路用性能变化规律

摘要 选用两种品牌的道路石油沥青进行不同程度的TFOT老化试验,通过常规三大指标试验、动态剪切流变试验研究沥青老化后的路用性能,并通过针入度比、延度比、车辙因子比、疲劳因子比进行路用性能变化快慢的对比。研究表明:随着老化程度的加深,沥青的高温性能增强,低温性能与疲劳性能降低;在老化9 h时,高温性能与疲劳性能的变化速率最大,老化前3 h内低温性能衰减最快;两种品牌沥青路用性能变化快慢不同,但是速率突变点相同。 This paper selects two brands of road petroleum asphalt for different degrees of TFOT aging test,studies the road performance of asphalt after aging through conventional three index tests and dynamic shear rheological test,and compares the change speed of road performance through penetration ratio,ductility ratio,rutting factor ratio and fatigue factor ratio.The results show that with the degree of aging,the high temperature performance of asphalt increases,and the low temperature performance and fatigue performance decrease.At 9 h of aging,the change rate of high temperature performance and fatigue performance is the largest,and the low temperature performance decays the fastest within 3 h before aging.The road performance of the two brands of asphalt changes differently,but the rate mutation point is the same.
