摘要
稳定性是保证电缆安全运行的基础,为此提出一种基于图像处理的交流电缆附件安装质量校核方法。分析交流电缆附件安装过程,明确各部件间关联程度,利用非线性中值滤波算法,剔除图像内离散随机噪声,依靠Otsu算法确定阈值与离散几率密度函数,将电缆附件图像转换为二值图像,并划分图像内背景与目标区域,凭借灰度共生矩阵识别分割后单一交流电缆附件纹理特征,以实现对交流电缆附件安装质量的校核。实验证明,所提方法能够有效完成对交流电缆附件安装质量的校核,同时有着校核误差小的优点。
Stability is the basis to ensure the safe operation of the cable. Therefore, a quality check method for the installation of AC cable accessories based on image processing is proposed. This paper analyzes the installation process of AC cable accessories, clarifies the correlation degree between the components, uses the nonlinear median filtering algorithm to eliminate the discrete random noise in the image, and uses Otsu algorithm to determine the threshold and discrete probability density function, converts the cable accessories image into a binary image, and divides the background and target area in the image. Based on the gray level co-occurrence matrix, the texture features of AC cable accessories are identified to realize the verification of the installation quality of AC cable accessories. Experiments show that the proposed method can effectively check the installation quality of AC cable accessories, and has the advantage of small error.
